Balls were great but shipping department are Morons
I placed an order in July for custom balls and they look and feel great. I have since re-ordered these balls 3 times. The last time I needed the balls in a rush, so I asked the rep if I could give them my FedEx number and have the order Fedexed priority overnight. He said no problem. They processed the order in 1 day and shipped them out next day. I went to track the package and the idiots in shipping sent the package FedEx ground service for a 5 day delivery. So, I a left to believe that someone in shipping went through this thought process..."A customer gave us his own FedEx shipping account number because he didn't want the order shipped quickly, at his own expense, he just felt that the balls were so wonderful, he wanted to pay for shipping as a way to say thank you!" That is the only explanation I can come with; or their shipping department employees are a bunch of Morons. Either way, I liked the balls, just would have liked them delivered a little sooner.
