Best bag I own
I do not have this most current version of the C-130. But, I wanted to write a review for the bag anyways. This is the best bag that I have owned, and love the storage. I have other bags to walk with, but 90% of the time I ride. This bag is perfect, and has pockets for everything. It has held up very well, and is stable on level ground. I have only had to have the zipper replaced on the top rain cover, and that is because a tooth on the zipper seperated. Stay on the cart very well, and all the pockets are pretty easy to get to when it is mounted on the cart.

Nice Full-Featured Cart Bag
First off -- The bag DOES feature full length dividers. This was not clear on several retailer websites nor on Sun Mountain's website.
This bag has a lot of nice features -- lots of zippered pockets (2 are velvet lined), 3 cart strap guides to loop the cart strap around the bag, 3 easy-to-grip handles at the top of the bag, an integrated grip at the bottom of the bag, a shoulder strap mini pocket to hold the strap while on the cart, integrated umbrella sleeve/pocket, 15 divided slots.
