Failure to Ship Order
Ordered a Mizuno low loft hybrid. Was given an estimated delivery date 10 days out. 14 days out had received no notice of shipping. Contacted Golf Balls.com to inquire. 2 days later got an e mail saying they had "good news" that a shipping label had just been generated. Did not seem to me to be good news that nothing had shipped in over two weeks. It was a ship directly by the manufacturer situation but without my inquiry, I might still be waiting for an unshipped order. Who is at fault? Golf Balls.com for not communicating the order to Mizuno or Mizuno for slow fulfillment? Who cares? Cancelled the order and did get a prompt refund. Next time I will cut out the middle-man and order directly if at all. Probably an end to my dealings with either Golf Balls.com or Mizuno.
