Titleist Poker Chip Custom Logo Gift Set

The gift set product itself is top notch and looks great. Golfballs.com printed both the balls and the poker chips perfectly. They look great. However, the gift box the set came in is a different story. I submitted my company artwork and subsequently approved their mock up prior to production. When the boxes arrived, the logo on the box looked cartoonish and nothing like the approved artwork. I reached out to customer service and they apologized and said they would reprint for free, which they did. The second version looked worse than the first. They completely failed on the box, which is the very first thing my gift recipients would see. Now I am trying to find plain black boxes on the internet to use instead because I would be embarrassed to hand out what they sent me. So thumbs up on the product but a resounding thumbs down on their attempt on the packaging.
