Callaway Golf Chrome Soft Golf Balls Perform
I like this ball's feel off the tee and around the green. I'm not the best golfer, by far, but this ball provides excellent feedback that helps analyze and correct my game. A little fun is added to the game with the personalized notes, figures, etc that can be embossed on the ball.

Saved by Customer Service!
I bought a dozen Callaway Golf balls for my brother that had on them "When Found, Call Joel" and listed his cell number. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong cell number and didn't realize it until the day after I'd placed the order. I wrote to customer service at golfballs.com and explained the mistake. I got a quick response that they'd corrected the error. My brother loves the golf balls (not so much the calls).

Great Golf Balls
I love the Callaway Chrome Soft golf balls. They have added 10 yards to my driver and 5 yards to the rest of my clubs. At 72 years old, I'll take all of the help that I can get. I just love new technology.

Terrific!!
I have not been a chrome soft fan in the past but the 2020 version is unbelievable! At least 5 to 10 yards longer than the Taylor Made tour response ball I have been playing the past few months. Really a game changer.

Auto Fill
While I am very satisfied with the product and the service, I am concerned about receiving a duplicate order 2 weeks after ordering 2 dozen balls with personalized initials. The second order was not ordered by me but apparently a glick in their system and of course I was charged full price. After calling customer service, I was given a $30 credit but it's been a week and it hasn't appeared on my credit card. I'll give it another week before I call back.
