New is not always better
I’m 70 years old, and constantly trying out different soft feel golf balls to see how they respond to my swing speed. I always ignored this ball because it has been on the market for so long, and the name “Noodle, long and soft” had troubling connotations. However, this ball responds better than any of it’s competitors that I have tried. The ball compresses better off the face of my blades, allowing the grooves to counter side spin more effectively than any of the 5 major manufacturers soft balls I used. At the end of the day, “new” doesn’t always mean “and improved”!
Try them, especially at the great price that golf balls.com is selling them at. I think you will be very surprised, as most of us who can’t generate the swing speed the pros can need to match our swing to the balls we hit in order to get the proper response. I just bought 7 dozen !!!
