Poor delivery
Do not use Fedex. Ship in plain cartons. We lost inital order. Fedex had no follow up. Give folks option of what carrier they want to use. Gift for a friend.

good on overcast days
I find that these balls are the easiest to follow in the air and their ultimate landing place on cloudy or overcast days. Last year in Colorado with the fires it was extremely hard to follow a white ball. These were the best.

Great prices and service
I have purchased quite a few dozen golf balls and tees from Golfballs.com and have found the prices to be the same or lower than other websites. But you can't beat their service and if you watch out for their sales, you'll pick up some real bargains. And I'd rather buy from a specialty store than a big box, any day.

Titleist velocity matte green golf balls
I purchased the matte green Titleist balls because i was looking for a brighter easier to see in the rough and i could not be happier , i believe this ball is much easier to see and the Titleist quality speaks for itself and i will be buying these golf balls when i need to restock also i have to give a shout out to Golfballs.com as their customer service is top notch , i had never did any business with the site before but they earned a customer for life

Online screw-up
Unfortunately, nothing on the website precluded or prevented me from specifying a PO Box as the delivery address (where I live the PO will not accept shipments with a street address) at the time of my order. When I got a message from UPS that they couldn't deliver the package, there was no way to update the address on the UPS website. Since the balls were needed for an event two days later, I called and arranged for a duplicate shipment overnight air. When I returned the no-longer-needed original shipment for credit, I received only partial credit, so the balls ended up costing me 1.5 times as much as they should have.
