Consistent ball
I previously used the Taylormade Penta TP 5 but was only using them because they were buy 2 get 1 free for $39 a dz. I loved the feel and distance. I wanted to test to see if I could find an inexpensive ball since the Penta is back to $45 a dz. I got fitted by Bridgestone and was recommended to the B330 S. Still $45 a dz. read the reviews by golf digest and found that the E7 ball is long but has side spin that can hurt a golfer who slices. I am above average long (250 yds) and pretty accurate. I'm generally in the fairway or just into the rough. Bought a sleeve at the course today to see how they played. I was very happy with the results. The distance with the driver was great. At least an additional 10 yards carry. The scary part was the greens. It took a couple of holes to figure out the roll. 1-2 yds was average. The 3-6 ft was easy to figure out when chipping and wedging. A very good ball to play if you are not playing for a living. A suitable ball for a 5-15 handicapper.
