An overrun is a brand new ball often with some type of imprint, normally a name or logo.

callaway golf hx golf balls

I was surprised to get your request to review this golf ball.I haven't seen grass since mid-December. Today we're catching another snow storm. When I am able to resume golfing, I'll be in a better position to rate or tell you what I think of the Callaway hx golf ball.

Broke 2 during same round

Today was my first time playing with the HX Hot Plus golf ball. I was super excited to try these because I spent all summer playing with a softer ball (Callaway Diablo balls), and wanted to see what the difference was. These (HX Hot Plus) definitely leave the tee a lot faster, but I ended up breaking two of them off the tee box during the same round. Yep, the core is really orange! I'll continue to use these until all twelve are broken or lost.

The Real Deal

These balls are a discernible improvement on an already excellent brand. The lower spin rate improves trajectory, and the pergormance from 100 yards in is very similar to the bite.
