This was a gift. The package came in an easily identified package. So this spoiled the surprise. The balls were just what was ordered.

Good Balls
These balls are exactly what I expected. They aren't Pro V1's but they are good balls. The 4 dozen I ordered also had no logos even though they were marked logo overruns.

Great golf ball, good distance, good feel when putting. A bit on the hard feel side on bump and run shots.

Saved my balls and the groom's balls
I ordered personalized golf balls for a gift for a friend's wedding from golfballs.com only after being rejected by one of it's competitor over in appropriate language. The message I wanted personalized was innuendo about his future wife's ownership of his golf balls and contained no foul language. Golfballs.com understood that.
Thats when the fun started. I realized after I submitted the order that I used her maiden name versus her new married one. With 9 days till the wedding golf outing, I was panicked. I emailed the whole customer service group with dilemma and overnight, they changed the order to the correct name, and maintained their shipping promised date.
Everything arrived right on time and a grateful groomsman was able to present the groom with balls his wife now owns.
All in all, one of the best customer service experiences and reason enough to shop with golfballs.com
