I spent a half hour trying to get the discounts you offer on your website for Titleist Pro V1X. The first one I tried to get was my 20% off for my order if I agreed to allow you to text me your promotional ideas, which I agreed to.
The second the discount for a pack of two dozen balls. I wanted to order 2, 2 dozen packs.
Neither of your discounts are actually available because you said Titleist doesn’t allow them. Why in the world do you not say that on your website and save people time trying to get the discounts that you offer?
I’m really bummed!!! Don’t think I’ll be doing much future business with you guys.

HAVE ORDERED PERSONALIZED PRO VIX BALLS FOR MY SONS AND FRIENDS FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. ALWAYS GOES SMOOTHLY.
ONE YEAR I DID HAVE A PROBLEM - BALLS WERE DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. I CALLED GOLFBALLS.COM AND THEY QUICKLY PRINTED UP AND SENT OUT REPLACEMENTS (6 DOZEN) W/O CHARGE. GREAT SERVICE

Santa ;) has ordered 3 dozen TP5x or Prov1x for the last 4 or 5 years for the boys in the house (with monogram name). He just simply opens up a chat to request a re-order of the names. Everything is on file so it takes just a few minute. It is probably one of the most painless processes I have ever gone thru....I mean Santa! ....and the custom order gets delivered to the north pole pretty quick .... The boys (ages 27 + 30) love it when they see the box wrapped up in front of the fire place!!! :D

Titleist balls
I have noticed that with Titleist balls, my distance improved consistently by between 20-30 metres.
Hence I now stick to Titleist golf balls and I order thru' golfballs.com which haven't failed me yet. :) :)

Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The original order was defectively printed. After contacting customer service TWICE, I was told both times they would send a return label. Naturally, neither time was it sent. My advice is to find another vendor.
