was double billed
While placing my order, something happened to the website and I was told to restart my order and that I would receive 10% off of my order. However, the first order actually took, so I was charged twice, received the order twice and didn't get the 10% off of either order. Plus customer service never responded to my inquiry of being billed twice.

WRONG PRODUCT!
Ordered left dash prov1x and received regular prov1. Contacted customer support said I would have to send balls back to receive correct ones but could take a week even though I paid for rush shipping. No refund for that. Next option was to keep balls and receive a $25 credit. I chose that and after 6 days I received a $15 credit. No response to numerous inquiries. Would not purchase from again and will spread word to my club
