Scotty Cameron's 2017 Futura line putters have been designed to give players more forgiveness and stability, improved alignment features, and a soft yet responsive feel. Multi-material construction used in the creation of the new Futura putters allow weight to be distributed to the perimeter of the putter head to increase MOI, while heel-toe weighting creates optimal balance and forgiveness. Additionally, a vibration dampening system has been implemented to give players a soft feel that still provides feedback related to mis-hits, while alignment has been made easier through the use of features such as milled sight lines and rail alignment. Scotty Cameron Futura putters employ a numbering system to help players identify head size, with 5 being the smallest and 7 representing the largest, and all models have minimum toe flow, which means they will work best for players who have a slight arc in their stroke or utilize a straight back, straight through approach.
