This was an easy process to go through to personalize. The printing/design was done well. It seems to be quality. It came to me sooner than expected and their customer was top notch, especially for such a tiny purchase

Too Light
I just received my orders for golf balls (Which came out great) and hat clip ball markers. Before the balls were printed I asked to have the print darkened because the picture showed it real light. You guys darkened the print perfect! The ball markers looked fine on the draft, but when I got them you can hardly read it. I want to order the ball markers again with the print darker, can I get a discount on them because of this?

The printing is not as expected
The product quality is great but the personalized below expectations. I was hoping it would be as good as the golfballs printing you have it on the other side. It also seems like the print will come off if I scrape it hard enough
