OnCourse Oversized Plastic Golf Tube too small
The only size I can find for this item are 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch inside dia. That is not oversize. My WINN grip putter as well as many other oversize putter grips are approx. 1 1/2 in dia. the tube comes out with the club when you try to remove it.
