VIP Membership Terms of Service
This page outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the Golfballs.com VIP Program ("VIP Program"). These Terms are between you and Golfballs.com, Inc. ("Golfballs.com," "us," "we," or "our") and dictate your and our respective rights and obligations. These Terms establish the entire agreement between you and Golfballs.com relating to the VIP Program. Your use of the Golfballs.com website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, as well as all other applicable terms, limitations, requirements, and conditions on the Golfballs.com website. By purchasing a membership in the VIP Program, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms, limitations, requirements, and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not enroll in the VIP Program.
Membership and Benefits
By enrolling in the VIP Program, you agree to pay an annual membership fee of $14.95. The benefits of the VIP Program include:
- Free 2-day shipping on eligible orders
- Same-day golf ball customization printing on eligible orders
- Dedicated VIP phone line and chat for customer service
- Additional exclusive benefits as outlined on the VIP Program page
These benefits will automatically renew and continue as long as you remain a VIP member. Golfballs.com reserves the right to change these benefits, including adding or removing perks, modifying eligibility, or adjusting service levels at any time in our sole discretion. Any such changes will apply to future membership periods. Certain exceptions and exclusions may apply. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some products may be excluded from same day printing and/or 2-day shipping.
Renewals and Cancellations
VIP Program memberships will automatically renew each year unless canceled by the member. The membership fee will be charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of each renewal period. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership term.
If you wish to cancel your VIP Program membership, you may do so by contacting customer service or visiting the VIP Program section in the My Account settings and unchecking the box that contains the language, 'Automatically renew my membership every year' (or similar). You may cancel at any time, however, no refunds or prorated reimbursements will be provided upon cancellation.
Eligibility and Enrollment
The VIP Program is available only to customers shipping to addresses within the United States. Memberships are personal to the enrolled individual and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with any other individual or third party without our permission. Golfballs.com reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer at our sole discretion.
Modifications and Termination
Golfballs.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your membership at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. If we terminate your membership, you will be notified and will not be charged for future renewals.
Golfballs.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP Program at any time without notice. If we discontinue the program, existing members will retain their benefits until the end of their current membership term.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may, in our sole discretion, modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the VIP Program after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you may choose not to renew your membership when your current term expires.
