The ease and service have always been good. The quality control seems to be slipping lately, though. I order golf balls with a 'putting line' on them and they have always been very straight. The last few dozen have been increasingly off center to the point the last batch drew comments from playing partners.

Wonderful Present
I had a box specifically made for my old friend as a birthday present. Man! He was "over the top" with joy. The order was easy, and specific to what I wanted prominently displayed! As for my friend, having custom balls with his nickname on them means he doesn't have to mark them for play and there is absolutely "no" mistaking who's ball it is! lol!
