The only thing that could be improved is for the balls to go straighter and further and get in the cup sooner!??

Bought this mid Dec for my husband for Christmas. I expected it the week after Christmas per my receipt. It is mid Jan and the tracking info says “Label Created.” It has sat in that status for a month. I have emailed 3x asking for help and no one has replied. I will be canceling our subscription. Super disappointing

Arrived faster than expected, but arrived in a flimsy & damaged cardboard envelope, which caused the two boxes I ordered to be crushed. So much for a nice presentation of a Christmas gift…
Secondly, the quality images that I sent did not end up as quality images on the balls. Colors were distorted, faded, and fuzzy. I’m happy that these were just for personal use and my husband was decently happy with them as a gift, but I would be embarasssed if these were the ones that my company ended up with for our clients. I wish they would let us share pictures so you could see how off they were.

As I have written you innumerable times the golf balls I ordered were a gift and were received in a heavily damaged box because the item was shipped in an envelope instead of a box...I would think next year when I order that I would be better served by another distributor...Very very disappointed not only in the damaged box but also in your lack of response to my 2 messages about this...Not a good way to do business but perhaps you don't worry about that!!!

Ordered logo golf balls for Christmas and carrier UPS failed to deliver and sent back the order . I called Golf.com and service rep promised a new order would be printed and shipped out ASAP.
I was surprised to receive the new order within 24 hours.
